Morning Rituals - Hard Money Bankers

Morning rituals are a great way to start your day. I am not referring to the rituals you might be thinking of. I am talking about the rituals that keep you on track each day for your mental sharpness. It helps to keep yourself structured by starting the day with a structured routine. It can be a variation of any kind of habit, but the key is that it is a habit. I recommend doing them at the same time each day. For me , it is work and marketing. I wake up the same time every day and as soon as I am awake I head to my work computer and do the same kinds of marketing and work each day. The tasks are not usually very mentally strenuous but they get my mind in order for whats to come for the day ahead. I find that it builds focus and a higher level of alertness early in the morning. It takes about 30 days for these habits to set in, so the first 30 days of implementing them will be the hardest. After that, it will feel like second nature.
