The Only Reason To Be In Business - Hard Money Bankers

There is only one reason to be in business.....to make money. If you find yourself focused on anything that is not driving you towards making more profit then it is something in you should stop and think about as to if it is really worth doing. It is very easy to become distracted by other moving parts in a business so the constant question to ask is 'is this task directly or indirectly going to make the company more money'? If you choose to not focus on activities that are financially motivated then there is no sense in being in business. You might as well go do something less stressful because if you are not focused on the bottom line you are just participating in a hobby. Money is the lifeline to your company so don't allow that to dry up. When a business is making money you will notice that in most cases, the operation is more fun to work in, people are more happy and things just seem to run smoother.
