Real Estate Investing - Marketing For Leads

Marketing for leads in real estate investing is an extremely important function of your business. If you don't know how to market or keep a strong lead flow, any knowledge you have in the industry will be useless. Many people struggle with marketing because they don't know exactly what it is they are trying to accomplish. The goal of marketing is to drive a healthy amount of leads that you can then isolate into the best deals to fit your real estate investment strategy. This takes multiple methods and a lot of consistency. I see a lot of people that usually on focus on one single type of marketing and when they hit a low response batch, they say it doesn't work. Investors need to treat marketing like an octopus. They needs many different methods consistently working at all times. As one method or tentacle touches a good source, it brings it back to the home base. An octopus has 8 arms reaching for objects at all times. If 5 or 6 arms find food and 2 don't, the octopus will have plenty to eat.
