The Best Place To Start In Investing
A question I see a lot from people getting into real estate investing is 'Where do I start?'. There are so many strategies and shiny objects that it is hard to know what someone should do when they begin. I usually suggest people start by wholesaling. Not only is the barrier to entry very low, but the risk is low and the rewards can be tremendous. You also learn your market and you learn how to market. The skills in wholesaling are skills you will carry for the rest of your real estate investing career.
