Hard Money Bankers - Not A Top Because Everyone Says It's A Top

One thing that cycles have revealed to us is that they are designed to catch people by surprise. It is not hard science and I am not quite sure how to quantify it, but right now doesn't quite feel like the exact top of this real estate cycle because so many people are saying 'This is the top'. A cycle is designed to shift the wealth back into the hands of the ultra rich and in order to do that, it has to happen before the average person can react and protect their money. Right now the stock market has been a bit wild but it will likely take multiple series of days similar to this last 1 thousand point drop before a topping scenario shows itself. It could be coming soon but over the last month, too many people have been talking about a top of a market for the top to be here. The most wild and penalizing cycle ends are the ones that catch the most people off guard and happen the fastest.
