Hard Money - Percentages Don't Matter
A common question people ask about with private money and hard money is how much the annual rate is. The reality is, because it is short term money, the difference is minor between companies. Rates range from 12-16% in most cases. The trick is to be fast with closing out a loan and in order to do that you want to make sure the company you work with is fast about turning around construction draws so you can complete the project and exit the note.
