MiddleMen Podcast - Running Lean

George Beatty and Ian Walsh dive into some questions that are really important once a business is already running. George asked about allocating resources to continue to grow a business but not to a level of waste and bloat. The answer from Ian was from experience and failures in other businesses that he learned from. In the end, running as lean and efficient as possible is what allows a company to adapt to bad times. It doesn't mean cutting corners, but making sure there isn't any excess spending in areas that don't grow a business or provide a return on investment is really a driving focus and goal.
