The Moment Money Matters - Business Is Not Hard

Business is not something that needs to be over complicated. Elaborate operations and complex systems might seem impressive, but the more moving parts a business has, the more places things can go wrong or become inefficient. When starting or growing a small business, cash flow is really important. For most business owners, they don't have a lot of their own money to put into the business so making sure there is more money coming in than going out is the number one priority. Running a negative cash flow business requires a lot of patience and a lot of outside money that is willing to support the long term plan. This is not needed and I believe is also a fundamental fault in thinking about growing a company. Focusing on a healthy business by striving to see a positive bottom line as soon as possible should be the first goal . Long term growth comes next but either way, it is not something that needs to be over complicated.
