Richard Oller is different than most people that have been interviewed in that he is not only someone that is a master of his market, but was actually a pioneer for an entire industry in real estate investing. He was at the forefront of the management industry back in the 1980's, built one the largest Condo/HOA management companies in the country, merged it with First Service and now currently owns and manages more than 40,000 units across the United States having interest in over 2 Billion dollars worth of real estate. With out fail, this will be most influential man in the Philadelphia real estate market that most people will ever have the pleasure of listening to.
