Sean Schellenger MOTM - Interview
In this episode of Masters Of The Market, we are able to sit with Sean Schellenger. As seen in the prior videos, Sean has developed relationships with some of the most powerful investors in the world and oversees a fund in the Philadelphia region that focuses on building and selling new homes. Sean is not your average developer. He has a cool and calm demeanor but that is not to be mistaken for a man running an extremely high functioning operation. From his vantage point, he is able to see and control markets unlike many other people. He discusses how he sees an error in his business if he is not pre-selling the properties that are coming to market. That's right, he is not waiting for the property to finish and sell. He is so far ahead of the market that his product is sold before it is created. He also discusses how he positions himself for the potential of a market change and how he is prepared to handle that regardless of what happens tomorrow.
