Avi Cohen Video 2 - Specialized

Avi Cohen has been in the real estate industry for 2 cycles. This mean he has seen the market rise and fall on multiple occasions over the last 20 years. He has done a great job in branding his company and focusing on what he is good at. Along with doing quite a bit of off market investor transactions he also does a good bit of traditional real estate. Recently he made a strong push into the Temple market. Avi talks about the niche that they have found and some of the things they do to stay ahead of the curve.
