Wholesaling - Good Wholesalers Close Their Deals

Wholesaling can sometimes get a bad rap in the industry but it should be known that it is a huge misconception. Wholesalers are really very similar to an investor friendly Realtor so why do they get bad press? The barrier to entry in wholesaling versus other methods of investing is the easiest and quickest. Most new investors will try their hand at this method when they first start. There is also the least amount of risk compared to other forms of investing. This sometimes can lead to a new wholesaler putting a property under contract for the wrong numbers and then not being able to sell it. This can cause major issues for the seller when they are depending on the money. On the flip side, a good wholesaler that is competent can change people's lives. Good wholesalers are very important to the investing market place. They deliver on their promises and provide great deal flow flippers and landlords.
