How To - New Construction - Noah Ostroff - Pricing

Pricing new construction is not the easiest thing to do when there isn't a lot of new construction around your project. Factors to consider would be what the status of the market is and is it appreciating. Is there demand in the area for the price point you are going to try to sell for? How much more can new construction sell for over a nicely renovated flip? These are all considerations someone has to make before even buying the land to begin with. Noah Ostroff has a lot of experience in this and has done quite well with it. Any advise he has to offer is worth listening to.
