How To - Find A Good Tenant - Placement and Move In

You have done your job and chosen the right person for your property. The fun isn't over yet because the relationship is just starting. It is very important that your tenant is aware of the policies in procedures and what to expect from you as a landlord. The more direct and transparent you are with your tenants, the better the relationship will be. If you are inconsistent with your policies and how you manage your property, it is your fault not the tenants if something goes South. Be a responsible landlord and manage your property very consistently or hire a very good management company to do this for you. Everyone has their personal preference, but the first impression your tenant has of you or your management company can't be reversed.
