If you are a landlord in or around the city of Philadelphia and you don't know who Todd Baritz is, you probably have never had an eviction or hurt your pocket book by not hiring him. With out question, Todd's practice is the best in the city when dealing with landlord / tenant situations. I can personally say that I have used him for many years and never considered working with someone else.
