How To - Mailers Part 5 - Summary

We have looked at all of the elements to properly execute a successful mailing campaign in order to find potential investment properties. The list is the first part as you are looking for a group of individuals that have a problem in need of being solved which is attached to a piece of real estate. The second part is the message. Keep it simple is key. The next part and most important is the frequency of the mailer as the timing of the desire to solve the problem must line up with your marketing piece being in front of the seller. Keep all of these areas in mind when doing your next mailing campaign.
