"How To" Series - Mailers Part 1

Doing a DIY or 'How To' series will hopefully benefit investors that would like some tips and tricks in executing on some of the crucial parts of being a real estate investor. The first topic is going to be MAILERS. Mailers should be a staple in any investors diet. The series will be 5 parts and discuss the key ingredients to having a successful mailing campaign. This episode discusses the mailing list itself. There are lots of different lists and places like ListSource.com or public records provide great details into the criteria you can select in order to create a list. Some common lists to target are probate, divorce and non owner occupied. Remember that you are looking for a problem that is potentially attached to real estate. You are not actually looking for real estate.
