Top 3 Marketing Mailing Lists For Investors

Every serious investor has mailings as a staple in their marketing plan to find properties to buy. Different lists have different value and yield different results. It is best to find lists that are not saturated so you aren't outbid on properties. We have tested a lot of different mailers over the years and there are a few that we would recommend targeting as they always yield results. Probate lists are great lists to mail. They are hard to acquire but finding the list and mailing it for potential properties usually results in a lot of calls. Another list to keep in mind is 'Out Of State Owners'. This is a list that tends to be fairly large so making sure you have a very defined farm area is important. The third list would be the eviction list. This is one that also takes time to compile but many times you will be able to find good buy and hold deals with that list. Be sure to track your mailers and have them run consistently for months on end.
