Deals Are Everywhere - Don't Say They Are Not

I receive calls everyday from different investors saying they can't find any deals and the market is tough right now . I then receive a follow up call from another investor in the same area who is trying to find funding for all of his deals he has in the pipeline because he has more deals than he can handle. How can two investors in the same area have such different views and outcomes of the market? The truth is, it is not the market that they should be looking at. Really good flippers don't blame or care about the kind of market we are in as they can find flips in any market. The flippers that can't find deals tend to blame the market as a generalized reason to not have properties in the pipeline. The reality is they don't have a consistent lead source. The secret is in the lead sources and marketing not the actual market. The good flippers know how to keep their lead sources active and moving. They are constantly marketing for new leads and have contacts with all of their local wholesalers and investor friendly Realtors. The less active flipper might have one lead source that they live and die by so when that source is dry, their pockets are as well. There are deals in every market in every condition so focus on the marketing and deal sources rather than the market itself.
