Taking Action

Have you ever had an idea for an invention that was world changing? Better yet see an invention on TV and then think ' I thought of that years ago'. What is the difference between the person on TV that made your genius invention and you being the person who thought of it and are now watching it be sold on TV? The difference is the person on TV took action and made his idea a reality. That seems like a minor distinction but the moment you go from a thought to taking action to making it real is the moment you have gone to the next level. Everyone is full of good ideas, but very few put the ball in motion and make those ideas real. The same holds true for real estate investors. I see so often that people are stuck in a classroom setting learning about real estate or they become the agent that hangs their license at a brokerage but does nothing with it. You have to have the courage to believe in your ideas and then put them in motion. Even if the initial direction of your plan is wrong, you are one step closer to it being right.
