You Have To Start Somewhere - Hard Money Bankers

Everyone you meet in real estate, no matter how successful, at one point knew nothing about the business. Everyone has to start somewhere and that place is usually the same place as every other new investor. What makes two people in the same spot end up in very different places when given the same starting point? Many times it is because one person actually begins the journey and the other doesn't ever get off the ground. Starting your career as an investor many times means just moving in a direction. You have to begin moving so you can learn what is working and what is not. If you stand still and freeze or get into a cycle of being in real estate classes for 10 years, you really have not begun the journey. Part of the road you want to go down is paved in front of you as you make mistakes, learn from them and improve in the right direction.
