Law Of Abundance - Hard Money Bankers

Many times I meet new investors that are very protected and guarded about the information they have. They seem to have a belief that if they give out say an address or technique, that other people will go ahead an steal it. What they have not come to realize as a new investor is that there are more deals in their local market than any one person can possibly do. 99% of the experienced investors they bump into would never try to steal a deal because they have plenty of their own and doing so would be really bad business. The law of abundance is one that each investor must realize in order to move around their business freely. There are enough deals in every market for just about any investor to become rich. There are enough deals in any market for other industries to become rich . Title companies, real estate brokerages, appraisers, etc. When entering this business or any other, live by the thought that there is more than enough business to go around.
