Creative Mortgage Brokers

Mortgage brokers many times don't realize they can work with us or the benefits they would receive in working with local real estate agents. Most mortgage brokers are in the world of retail closings. They are used to dealing with banks that are focused on credit scores and the borrower. We usually get the call from a broker when a good deal comes across their desk but the borrower doesn't have good credit. This is certainly the time to call us. We are always looking to close a good deal and most times the traditional bank criteria won't work for the borrower.

In order to take advantage of our money, a broker should link up with local real estate agents that are investor friendly. Investors don't tend to do what most retail homeowners do. Instead of buying one property every 5-10 years, investors many times buy 1-5 properties per month. As a mortgage broker, if your real estate agent is calling you to close their investor deals, there is a ton of volume to be done. Not only will you get the hard money acquisition side, but also in many cases the take out flip financing side for long term positions.
