Old Landlords and Lifelong Flippers - Hard Money Bankers

For the old landlords and lifelong flippers, this one is for you. It is very hard to stay in any one particular financial game for an extended period of time. When someone is able to accomplish this it means they have a tried and true system in place that returns a profit year in and year out. Most people are knocked out financial endeavors because they lose their money, make a bad decision or are worn out from the grind. Landlords and flippers that have been doing this for 15-20+ years are really good people to speak with if you are interested in learning. They have acquired massive amounts of experience and most likely have seen the market change at least once or twice. They survived dips and turns that knocked a lot of people out. Spend the time to get to know investors with experience as it can help you avoid a lot of pitfalls.
