Being Responsive Makes Money - Hard Money Bankers

Being responsive to others is not only courteous but lucrative. In business it is something that should be standard practice. I have found it funny at times when people either don't return my calls or take weeks to send an email in return. With the speed of technology and the way business works today, any response over 24-48 hours is because the person is intentionally not responding or is simply careless in the business field. There have certainly been times that because I was the person that returned the call/email faster than my competition that I got the job with the client. To me, this is insane that someone would not attempt to respond ahead of me when there are thousands of dollars on the line. There is no advanced skill set, special secret or fancy angles involved in being responsive. If you are quick with your answers for your clients, it will pay off.
