Hard Money Bankers - How Big Is Your Pipeline

Many times in real estate investing people think they are real estate investors but they are not......That is a confusing sentence correct? The reality is, real estate investing is about being a good marketer. The investing techniques are quite easy to learn. Once you have a team in place and have done a few successful deals, you are just rinsing and repeating. The hard part is the marketing. The marketing dictates your pipeline of lead flow. This is everything to an investor. Good marketers have lots of leads and they can choose the best of the best deals. They do not have cash flow problems. Inconsistent marketers have a small pipeline and try to squeeze blood from a stone in their deals. They risk taking on a bad deal in order to just "do a deal". If the pipeline is big and you can execute on your investment strategy, you will do very well.
