Turn Key investing should be a passive endeavor and easy process!
I write a lot of blogs and articles and it seems like more often than not, I come back to the same theme when discussing "how-to" for passive real estate investors. Passive investing in real estate is a nice fancy term for becoming an absentee landlord. After having a fantastic conversation with a group of investors out of Oregon, who found Memphis Invest .com after being dis-illusion-ed with another local company, I was spurred to write another blog about the "dos and donts" for passive investors.
Being a passive investor, you need to make sure you have either put together a fantastic team in place that reports to you every other day (which defeats the purpose of being a passive investor) or you work with a company that has already put that fantastic team in place. The company you work with is responsible for the performance of that team on a daily basis.
