New to Austin

So being new to Austin Texas has been quite an experience and I am interested in any others experience in investing here. Its obvious its a sellers market, but what about rehabbing and wholesaling. I have been receiving mixed messages about Wholesaling practices in Texas. Anyone care to share their experiences as a real Estate agent that also invests in real estate by wholesaling or rehabbing?
