Where I am at right now
My name is Ace ( yes, that is my real name and not a nick name), I am 33 and just starting my Real Estate investing business here in lovely southern Indiana. I am in the process of building my team, I have a Broker that is also an investor. Through my broker I now have two attorneys lined up, one for amending an old LLC in to my legal entity for my REI business, and the other for my RE transactions. My CPA will be the same one I have been using until i get multiple properties. I will be closing on my HELOC the beginning of next week, then getting approved for a loan through a local bank (mainly so i have the Pre-Approval letter when making offers) That is where i am at now, hope to be making offers by the end of next week, wish me luck!

Good luck, Ace! Welcome to the world of investing and all the best as you get started. I love to see that you have a plan. Just keep working that plan (things will probably get bumpy once in a while so rely on your plan to keep you moving forward). And don't forget this advice I give all newcomers: finding deals is important but if you plan on working with buyers/lenders then be sure to meet with them daily to add new people to your list and to build a relationship with them.
