I invest in commercial real estate in hot appreciating markets throughout US.

I tried to find ways how to analyze all US markets in few minutes, knowing the best ones and eliminate the bed and flat markets.

I used to use fundamental analysis only in the first place and I still thing that it's important to know fundamentals in market you invest.

But, analyzing all markets in US is for hours, weeks and months. That I use this market timing system to analyze all US markets in few minutes as a 1st phase of US markets research, selecting the best markets. After that I go deeper in both Technical and Fundamental analysis to know the best markets, best types of properties in the markets and my targeted group of clients for my deals.

It's a great video series and system for both nation level investors or local ones. Even for brokers which want to be specialist for their markets and another real estate professional.

I personally thing, that every investors and real estate professionals need to see this training and have this system.
