Construction Progress Update Week of 02/08/16:
*Red Rolls = J-Drain 400 System - Pre-assembled 2-layer drain system (filter cover with dimpled drain mat) ensures drainage efficiency. - Going in to basement to shave 4" of wash stone as we prepare to pour a new floor
*All of our footers are dug out, getting ready to build a double wide custom front porch entrance - have to make sure we get below that frost depth, freezing weather can reak havoc on any improperly footed construction
*Floor built and set for new T&G Yellow Pine Flooring/Decking
*Interior - Rough Plumbing for 2nd Floor Laundry all set -
Stay Tuned......
