10 ways notes are like houses!!

If you take a look at the note in the following way.

1.  You can rehab it just like a house.  Sometimes you can drop the interest rate and make a higher yield, forgive interest the same way you forgive rent.

2.  You can borrow against it. Use as security to borrow.

3.  Sell part of the note and payment.  Condo

4   Sell a number of payments and keep the balance for yourself.  Subdivide

5.  Use it to trade for something else.

6.  Use for a down payment or secure a seller financed purchase.

7.   Use for an option.

8.   Foreclose.  Evict

9.  Buy it in your IRA or 401 K for tax free growth - same as real estate.

10. Use for estate planning purposes.

And the list goes on..... Use your imagination.
