Starting out

Let me first thank BiggerPockets for the information and opportunity they provide on their website.  They not only have a wide range of info on the types of real estate investing, they also have an awesome network of people to connect with.  People who actually answer questions and seem genuinly interested in everyones success.  All the tips and tricks you can imagine are contained in this site.   At the beginning of the year I plan on investing in a Pro account.  My money is going to advertising right now.  I can't wait to see what doors are opened by getting involved with a Pro account! 

 In the few days I have been active, I have already made contacts with some people who I know will benefit me in my journey.  I hope to be able to provide them with some value as well.

If you are a beginner reading this, don't be afraid to let people know you are a beginner.  Be honest and the connections will come.  Post in the forums.  Ask questions and make comments.  People will reach out.
