Having A Realtor On Your Side

Having A Realtor On Your Side

Whether you are looking to buy your first home, upgrade to a new and improved area, or simply move to another town, having a professional Realtor on your side will save you a tremendous amount of time, money, and unnecessary headaches in the process. In this short article I plan to highlight a few key reasons as to why you should consider hiring a Realtor to represent you in order to ensure you are being taken care of every step of the way.

Time

Let's face it, time is the MOST precious commodity that we have as human beings. It is truly the one thing that they don't make more of and that we can never get back. With a world that demand our attention 24/7, 365 days of the years it's crucial that we delegate as often as we can, in order to focus on what truly matters in our lives (e.g. family, children, etc.). As humans we must do ourselves a favor and FOCUS on our strenghts and DELEGATE our weaknesses. By all means, if you're an expert in real estate and have a firm understanding on timelines, contracts, negotitaions, specific real estate laws, local zoning, etc. etc. etc. then I encourage you to take on selling or buying your home. However, if not, it only makes sense to DELEGATE the rigorous tasks of selling/buying a home to a Realtor so that you can go about concentrating on the busy life you already have. Alan Lakein once said, "Time=Life, therefore, waste your time and waste your life, or, master your time and master your life." You owe it to yourself to master your life and take advantage of your time and let your Realtor take care of the rest.

Money

An essential part of being a professional Realtor is to ensure their client walks away with the most amount of money in their pocket. In essence, a Realtor is a professionalnegotiatior and is there to aggressively fight for what is best for their client. With access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and obtaining a career that requires consistent market study of home prices, a Realtor can help save a consumer a tremendous amount of money. If you decided to invest in the stock market, would you be comofortable putting all your cash into a stock you knew very little about? Or would you feel more comofortable with a Financial Advisor who has consistently made his/her clients money with the years of experience and knowledge they have gained thus far? The same concept applies when selling/buying a home.

Unnecessary Headaches

Like I mentioned before, we are all busy living our own lives and worrying about our own problems here on earth. Why add any headaches or unnecessary stress to the heavlyload we are already dealing with? A real estate transaction does not just happen over night and typically requires an immense amount of time, effort, and back and forth communication. Whether it be negotiationg the price and terms of the home, constructing and organizing a plethora of paperwork, or making sure that all parties are on the same page, a Realtor takes the headaches out of the equation to ensure you have a smooth process from A-Z.

In short, life requires a great deal of delegation to make sure we are constantly focusing on the things we are good at and that are most important to us. With a home being one of, if not the, largest investments we will ever make in our lifetime, it's vital that we have the process go exactly the way we want it to. A Realtor, who has committed him or herself to bringing exceptional service to the workforce is here to do just that! The next time you or anyone you know is thinking about taking on the task of a Real Estate Professional, first ask yourself, "Am I a professional at buying/selling a home? Do I have enough time to take on this task? Will I be putting the most money in my pocket when all is said and done?" More than likely, the answers to these questions will give you light on the benefits of having a professional Realtor on your side.
