Done With Work. Rehab Full Time?

This week completes my responsibilities for my career. Today was my final day across town witnessing procedures. Thursday I have a day trip to Odessa Texas to help a friend sell some work in my specialty. I am doing it as a favor after I found out that his father owned a contracting company and he used to do drywall (his idea to trade specialty for specialty since I am very expensive as a consultant). So after Thursday, I am free to work on the demo of the house. I have a dumpster ordered to be delivered Friday morning and I have it for 2 weeks. It gives me a deadline to have all the drywall and floors pulled out and trashed.

I have gotten a few calls from my second campaign, which is actually the second half of my first campaign. No one seemed motivated. They all wanted an offer during the call, which we all know is impossible without seeing the place or knowing what renovations need to be done. I took as much information as possible from them and called them back after my research and none of them picked up.

My wife and I have a favorite local restaurant and we decided to drive home through some neighborhoods. We found a 8 unit apartment complex a couple of blocks behind the main road. I went by there again today to find out the address. When leaving, I saw another larger apartment complex on the other side of the main road and jotted down that address also. I found both owners through the county appraisal district site and wrote letters to both. I'll drop these in the mail tomorrow.
