

How to get someones attention when talking real estate.
You meet someone for the first time and inevitably the question comes up..."So .....what's your line of work?" This is your chance to share concisely with conviction what you do to bring value to others. I personally respond by stating " I help others and myself build wealth through investing in real estate." Or "I seek out and reseach opportunities in real estate that will bring success to my clients and investors."
The key is to create in the mind of your listener that your serious, committed, confident, resourceful and successful. People don't always care about you...but they do care about what you can do to help them. Don't forget to look them right in the eye as you continue to share who you are and what you bring to the marketplace that's of value.
