Interesting video. Sometimes what is taught in the classroom may not necessarily be practiced. Over the years, I've noticed this time and time again especially in the field of real estate investing. 

Be wary of those who claim one specific asset class is better than others. There is no one best asset class or strategy: only the one that works for you.

Being a good real estate investor is about community, not just about making money.
