Family Man With A Plan

Hello Everybody

I am 38 years old and blessed with one part of my life.  I somehow got the girl of my dreams to marry me. Robyn is a loving mother, beautiful and supportive. I have two healthy precious children. A 4 year old boy Cruz, an a 3 year old daughter Layla.  We live in a 10x10 bedroom! Do you have any idea how quick you run out of places to put Elf on the Shelf in this environment.

Robyn and I have worked our ass off just to flush money down the toilet for rent, so about a year ago my mother God bless her heart decided we could move into her spare bedroom. Our plan was to save for a house and live the American Dream!  Which is to be in the exact position we were already in.  I started thinking and reading everthing I could.

Multi families! I think this is the answer, at least hope it is.  With a lot of convincing my wife is on board. So the Journey begins and my ears are wide open for any advice in here.
