     Did you know you can start an airbnb short term rental house even before you stage the property. Yes, today let's go inside a new property I'm just getting set up on the Airbnb website. I bought this house to fix it up and sell it. But after we finished the renovation, we thought it would be a good idea to try to set it up as a short term rental.
     So instead of spending over $10k and installing all the staging for the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms, I decided to market it as-is and see if people would book the property without any staging.
