My 3 page Partnership 📝 Agreement

Good Money Morning BP fam,

     Investing in real estate doing partnerships & Joint Ventures can work when you don't have all the money to do the deal. But being an responsible Entrepreneur we must have our paperwork air tight. Today let's go over a Joint Venture deal I'm putting together with another investor/home owner. I had a sweet young lady contact us recently telling me about a property she's owned for years. She used it as a rental and now she wants to fix it up and sell it. 

     But being an out of town landlord it's hard to trust people (Mainly CONtractors) hundreds of miles away to do what they say and complete the renovations in a timely manner. So we decided I'd step in and complete and pay for all the repairs to get the property in move in condition and we'd sell it and split the profits. This is commonly referred to as "Equity Sharing".
