What do good real estate deals look like?

    What up BP Fam,

What is a good real estate deal and how do you know if you're buying a good deal or not? Well, there are several things we need to consider when we crunch the numbers and valuate the property. Today let's go over the numbers on this real estate deal to see whether it's going to work for us. Further, this is not your typical deal. It's a sandwich lease option where another investor has run out of time on his option to buy, and he's bringing us in to finance the purchase. We'll go to the house together and estimate the repairs needed and see the numbers breakdown is as well. This will be a long term hold for us and it's a Sandwich Lease Option for my investor. Remember; Great deals are made, they don't make themselves!!
