How we find Tenant Buyers for Lease Option deals

Good Money Morning BP FAM,

I want to share with you how I find the best tenant buyers for my lease option properties. It's no secret we must ATTRACT the right people into our lives, and this goes especially for business. We want to make sure our tenant buyers have a down payment and verifiable income.

We'll go over the exact words I use in my ads, what signs I put out and where to place them and further I'm going to give you my ad script so you can use it for your next online ad as well. When we listed this one on Facebook marketplace we got over 300 replies the first day. If you're still doing private pay tenants and the rent is coming in slow, it may be time to at least consider doing a Lease Option on that house. At least you'll have the down payment to carry you along IF the tenant stops paying.
