Eviction time! Let's see how this tenant leaves the house!

     There’s only one way to evict a tenant legally in all 50 states in America, and that’s using the court system along with the Sheriff. In Virginia, it's a very long process. All real estate investors go through this if you're in the business long enough. Today we’re evicting a tenant and taking back possession of one of my houses. It’s taken me 3 months to finally get the sheriff to show up for my eviction. This also means my tenant hasn’t paid rent in 3 months either.
