Police clear squatters before I can go inside this house!

Good Money Monday & Happy Labor Day Roundup'ers,

I hope you're enjoying your day off. We're doing the beach and I want to wish you and your family a safe holiday and back to school season. Further, I'm still thinking about you and your future in real estate. Today's video training is a house I looked at where the police had to literally come and clear the house of squatters inside before the seller and I could go inside.

It's strange when you can't go in your own home because vagrants might cause you harm from entering. After the police left and we went inside, OMGsus, I feel so bad for these owners. The squatters tore this place all to pieces with drugs, old food, rats, clothes and were even peeing in water bottles. You just never know what people are going through until you enter their lives. Watch and learn as we walk through another home in an attempt to buy our next house. Remember, we won't buy them all but with each one we get closer to the buy. Let's talk soon,

Kris Haskins
