House Hacking EXPLAINED!

     Yes, you saw it right. I'm now going to do my best to bring you TWO videos per week. One on Monday, and one on Thursday. I feel like you might need a booster during the week to keep you focused.

     Today's training is a live interview with Coaching Client, Richard Rowe. Back in 2017, he bought his first house and I mentioned how I did a house hack with my first house to pay it off faster. Well, after owning the house for a while, he called me up and said he was interested in a house hack as well.

     Fast forward a few months, I'm proud to say he's completed his first house hack and is living virtually for FREE. His mortgage is covered by the extra income and Richard can use his extra money on his real estate business.
