How I get the US Government to pay my RENTS!

Good Money Monday BP,

I never liked gambling, but that's just what I did years ago because every month, I never knew whether my tenants were going to pay rent or not. Each 1st of the month, I'd lay in my bed at night hoping and praying my tenants would pay rent because I still had to pay my mortgage. Every time a tenant lost their job, I was sure not to get any more rent from them. It wasn't a good feeling and I'm sure that's part of the reason I lost my hair.

     But, over the years I learned how to work with government programs specifically designed to help low income citizens have a nice place to live. The Housing Choice Voucher Program saved my real estate career back in 2006 because this government program pays on the 1st of the month, every month. In this video I'll show you how I work with our local government to collect rent each and every month 100% guaranteed whether my tenant has a job or not. Our government wants to help it's citizens because they don't want homeless people walking around with families in our neighborhoods. Let's get plugged into what we can do to help our fellow countrymen/woman by working alongside our government to be productive investors.
