Today's training is negotiation tips designed for the investor. Since 2004, I searched for training on negotiation and I usually find books designed for the owner occupant or real estate agent. So today, I'm starting a playlist of my best negotiation tips, tricks and tactics to help you go out and get the best deal possible. This is NOT designed for you to take advantage of the ma's and pa's out there, but for you to arm yourself with covert strategies and phrases that will allow you to HELP people in need. We have to paint a clear picture of what the seller needs so we can craft an offer that will get them where they want to go.
