I didn't blow up until I learned how to BE THE BANK

Do you know what business has THE BEST real estate in every city I've been to? THE BANKS! They own and occupy some of the biggest and best buildings in every town in the US. In this video I did a little test, comparing large metro cities down to little country towns, you'll be shocked when you see the location of these banks. From urban to rural areas, it seems like the banks have a system to get the best real estate available.

You see, my mentor Greg Pineo told me back in 2008, "Kris, be the BANK". I didn't understand the concept at first until I noticed that perhaps banks have the best real estate due to the fact they're in the MONEY business. After I grasped the moves banks were making and started deploying them myself is when your boy blew up....... I stopped being a typical "Landlord" and turned in a BANK!!

So lets' explore how the banks make money and how you can use their system to turn yourself into a bank and up your income so you can get some of that good real estate too...
