Check out my $255k house flip, biggest profit ever!

     Good Money Morning BP Fam,

I'd like to show you a before and after house flip where we go over the numbers to show you this is one of my biggest profit deals to date. We'll go inside the house together so you see what building materials & colors we're using and how much we spent on the renovation. In this business we never really know what the house will sell for until we list it on the market w/ the realtor or broker. Sometimes we can sell for the price we want, and sometimes we sell it for more or less than we want. Well in this case, we were able to sell it for $30k more than the list price. Further, the first person that viewed the house made the strongest offer.

It seems like the real estate markets across America are in sellers markets right now, that means the sellers determine the prices. Let's go over the numbers on this flip and walk through it together so you get a feel for what $65k in renovations looks like. You'll also see I'm trying to teach my kids about real estate so they'll be ahead of the game when they get older... Enjoy!
