My 8 Biggest Mistakes Building New Construction Houses to Flip

Wad up BP Homies, Today I want to talk to you about the biggest mistakes I made building new construction houses to flip. After being in real estate investing since 2004, I learned that Wholesaling, Lease Options, Owner financing, Subject to, rentals, Section 8, land contracts are all good exit strategies to make money. But I heard building and development is where the BIG MONEY is so in 2016 we starting building new construction houses as well. They were right, you can make bigger profits with new houses!

But, sometimes you have to tear down a house in order to get the land you need to build. It's not always going to be the case where you can buy vacant land ready to build, so you'll see some of the problems we run into getting the land ready to build as well. I could probably talk about this for 6 hours but I had to narrow it down to fit in a short video.

ps- Don't miss my bloopers at the end! You'll see I'm not perfect..
